SUMMER INTERNSHIP!
Coming up this summer we will be having an internship at the HUB with the Omaha House of Prayer. Who: Young Adults and Teenagers When: 10 weeks (June 8th-August 14th) Part-Time (24 hours/week)- Mondays 2-8:30pm Tuesdays: 2-10:30pm Wednesdays- 2-8:30pm Thursdays 2-6pm How much: $150 (or $15/week); (High schoolers can receive a discount (or $75 total) Scholarships are available, if needed. What: The House of Prayer Internship is designed to give teachings and hands-on practice in the House of Prayer. There are several key components to the internship: 1) Foundation in an intern's personal life & ministry with an emphasis on prayer, worship, and studying of the Word so that the Word of God is firmly planted. 2) Understanding of 24/7 prayer and worship throughout the earth as a desire of God's heart ("After this I will return and rebuild David's fallen tent. Its ruins I will rebuild and I will restore it." -Acts 15:16) 3) Our primary calling as a priest. Learning foundations of intercession. 4) Bridal paradigm offers a framework to live an energized life in Christ relating to Him in affection-based obedience (voluntary love). 5) Learning to carry God's presence- to bring heaven to earth by understanding the gifts of the Spirit and how to walk in the power of God. This internship will have times of teaching/classes, community, training in worship and prayer and music, and practical experience in the prayer room!
